At Sailwinds Medical Group, we believe in transparent, affordable healthcare pricing for all patients — including those without insurance or who prefer to self-pay. Our rates are designed to provide high-quality, comprehensive care at a fair cost, with no hidden fees or surprise bills.

• New Patient: $200 per visit

• Established (Follow-up and Sick visits): $150 per visit

• DOT Physicals: $110 per visit

These rates include in-office point-of-care tests that may be performed during your visit, such as COVID-19 and flu testing, urinalysis, EKGs, or strep testing. Any external services, such as labs, imaging, or pathology, are billed separately by those providers.

Our self-pay appointments are available at both our Salisbury and Cambridge, MD offices. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, completing a DOT exam, or visiting for a same-day sick appointment, our goal is to make exceptional healthcare accessible and straightforward.

Our self-pay rates include all in-office point-of-care tests performed during your visit — such as COVID-19 and flu testing, EKGs, urinalysis, or strep tests. These prices cover everything done during your visit with our providers at no extra charge.

The self-pay rates do not include outside services such as laboratory work (e.g., blood tests), imaging studies (like X-rays or ultrasounds), or pathology services. Those may be billed separately by the performing facility.

 

3. Can I use my HSA or FSA card for a self-pay visit?

Yes. In most cases, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used to pay for self-pay visits, as these are qualified medical expenses. Please verify with your HSA/FSA provider for specific coverage details.

Absolutely. We reserve openings for same-day or next-day appointments for both insured and self-pay patients at our Salisbury and Cambridge offices.
