The Sailwinds Medical Foundation was created to extend our mission beyond the exam room — helping neighbors across Maryland’s Eastern Shore access the care, resources, and support they deserve. Founded by the providers of Sailwinds Medical Group, the Foundation reflects our belief that true wellness begins with community connection and compassion.

We use every donation to directly support local patients and health initiatives, including assistance for underinsured individuals, preventive wellness outreach, and community-based programs that promote mental and physical well-being. Our providers and staff volunteer their time and expertise to ensure your contributions have a lasting, personal impact.
