
Molly Dale, DNP, FNP-C, CWHS
Molly Dale, DNP, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Women’s Health Specialist, and lifelong advocate for accessible, compassionate care across Maryland’s Eastern Shore. She provides primary care and comprehensive women’s health services at Sailwinds Medical Group’s Salisbury and Cambridge offices, helping patients of all ages achieve lasting wellness through prevention, education, and individualized care.

A proud Salisbury University alumna, Molly earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2016) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (2021) degrees, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and received the Hal & Jo Cohen Graduate Nurse Faculty Scholarship.

Before joining Sailwinds Medical Group in 2024, Molly gained extensive critical-care experience as an ICU nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and in the Emergency Department at TidalHealth Nanticoke. Her background spans acute care, primary care, women’s health, and student health services, giving her a broad foundation for understanding the full spectrum of patient needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Molly serves as Family Nurse Practitioner Program Coordinator and Clinical Assistant Professor at Salisbury University’s School of Nursing, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and leads program development to strengthen the next generation of nurse practitioners.

A native of the Eastern Shore, Molly embodies the Sailwinds Medical Group mission to create a practice where patients, providers, and team members all feel valued, supported, and inspired.
