Brandon McMullen, PA-C

Brandon McMullen, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Associate and co-CEO of Sailwinds Medical Group, where he provides comprehensive primary care and internal medicine services to patients across Salisbury, Cambridge, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. A compassionate clinician and dedicated leader, he also serves as President of the Sailwinds Medical Foundation, helping expand access to quality healthcare throughout rural Maryland communities.

With over a decade of clinical experience spanning hospital medicine, emergency care, and family practice, Brandon continues to serve as a hospitalist and clinical informaticist at TidalHealth, where he is a certified Epic Physician Builder. He also shares his expertise as a clinical instructor with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers.

Recognized as Best Physician/PA of Dorchester and Talbot Counties by Coastal Style Magazine in 2023, Brandon offers a full range of patient-centered services including DOT physicals, medical marijuana certifications, medication abortion, and Nexplanon® insertions. His postgraduate training includes fellowships with the PALLA Preceptor Academy and the University of Maryland MARCH Program, along with advanced study in AI in Healthcare through Harvard Medical School Executive Education.
