Staci brings years of experience as a nutrition professional in various practice settings (Fair Winds Wellness.) Becoming a credentialed practitioner was a fitting result of many years of life experiences raising a military family and witnessing the power of food to bring people and cultures together, enhance celebrations, heal, and spread joy! Staci has experience in acute care, sub-acute and acute rehabilitation, long-term care, consulting, memory care, and private practice.

Staci is a Registered Dietitian passionate about meeting people where they are, identifying their unique needs, and teaching them skills that can enhance their quality of life. In addition to helping clients define and meet a variety of health goals, Staci can provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to clients dealing with complex health issues such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and renal disease, as well as pre and post-operative nutrition, home enteral feeding, and managing chemotherapy.
