I am still so thankful for finding, choosing and then following Peter, he is simply the best PCP that I have ever had. He is patient and truly listens. He encourages you to tell him what your concerns are and does not interrupt or try to speed you along. He is proactive and makes sure he has addressed, or acted on, all that you have shared of your concerns. He makes you feel important and relaxed, which encourages an open dialogue. There is so much more I could say, but I don’t really have time today to go more into detail. So, I will end this review with a simple; Peter is the best!

Dr. Brandon McMullen has the rare combination of having a very high level of competence AND conscientiousness. While also having the ability to affectively apply these important character traits in such a way that will always lead to positive outcomes for patients. In a world that has become increasingly difficult to stay healthy in, having a doctor like him is a must. In my opinion. The whole staff seems to mirror his character as well. He truly cares.

I am giving Peter Lerza NP a five star plus! I have never had such a thorough, concerned and genuinely caring PCP as Peter Lerza, NP! Peter Lerza NP urged me to pursue further care at John's Hopkins, when all other doctors either didn't recognize the need, or didn't think it necessary! if I had not listened to him, at the very least would have ended in a wheel chair, but found out that there was much worse going on. There are many other reasons that Peter Lerza has earned a five star rating from me, but sadly i have to stop and talk about the fact that your practice at 505 Byrn st is preventing me, and many other patients in need, from seeing him and the two other doctors! I am very upset, saddened and angry that your practice has not only taken him and others away from your offices, but you have given me and many, many other patients no way to reach our doctors! I have never heard of such heartless actions against what should be also considered your patients! Where is the hippocratic oath!? Doesn't it say "first, do no harm"? I know it doesn't say "first, protect your assets! screw your patients!" If I didn't have two major surgeries coming up next month, I would organize a protest and boycott your practice! But, instead, I'm forced to see one of your other doctors that doesn't know me from Adam for a very important h&p before my surgery! Has anyone over there at Byrn st ever heard of continuity of care? No, I think they are too busy counting how many patients they have left and adding how much money they can make off of them. Every one of you that are still there should be ashamed of yourselves. I give the practice absolutely no stars, 0!
