- Stock over-the-counter continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) to aid patients with dysglycemia, syncope, and wounds, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and better health outcomes.
- Provide funding for durable medical equipment (DME) not fully covered by insurance, such as PureWick systems and wound supplies, ensuring patients have the necessary tools for optimal care.
- Support staffing for out-of-office hour events like vaccine clinics and educational programs, bringing healthcare and knowledge directly to the community.
- Facilitate office upgrades that improve patient care, such as user-friendly tools and better equipment, creating a more efficient and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
- Fund and staff fundraising events to ensure the continued growth and impact of our foundation.
